Perhaps you've heard it...someone referenced John 3:16 and said "you don't have to be baptized to be saved because John 3:16." Did Jesus say John 3:16 to prove you don't have to be baptized into Christ? I contend John 3 is soaking wet in the waters of baptism, whether Nicodemus recognized it or not...Jesus certainly revealed more information later that leaves the honest seeker with a clear answer (Mt. 28:18-20; Mk 16:15-16; Acts 2:38; 22:16).

At what point was Saul of Tarsus saved/forgiven? So many false ideas surround his conversion but the Sacred Text is PLAIN and easy to follow if we will open our hearts and resolve to only accept what God's word says!

In one of the most misused and misunderstood books Paul declares that Christians are free from the Law but yet the Law served its purpose by making sin obvious. The Law of Moses did not provide justification. People of faith under that system were reminded every year of their sin in the offering of animals. But the atoning death of Jesus and the power of the Gospel can declare one righteous..but how and when?

In one of the most misused and misunderstood books Paul declares that Christians are free from the Law but yet the Law served its purpose by making sin obvious. Many feel that Romans 7 is about our "sinful physical flesh" and how there's a great struggle internally in a Christian to do good? Is that what Romans 7 is about?

So much error is taught regarding baptism. Paul wrote in A.D. 62 that there is ONE baptism yet there are multiple "baptisms" recorded on the New Testament pages. Jesus gave a charge that was to last to the end of time and it included baptism. Is the one baptism water immersion and if so what does that mean?

I've heard this verse used to teach a number of things. Sadly the context is overlooked. It's incredible what a verse means IN it's context. Will Jesus bless us as we carry out a difficult command such as church discipline? Take a listen!

You've heard it or thought it..."God won't put on me more than I can take!" Really? Is that what 1 Corinthians 10:13 says? Examine it closely with me and let's see what God does and does not do during our trials
